A Boho Dream | Styling Inspiration

We were contacted months back by Leonie Winks, of Leonie Winks Photography, to be a part of a group styled photoshoot, in which the shoot ‘package’ was auctioned off to the highest bidder.

All money offered by the client is then donated directly to the Dolly’s Dream Foundation. This foundation created earlier this year after the tragic passing of Amy ‘Dolly’ Everett. Dolly, aged just 14, took her own life after falling victim to school place bullying.

Andii Mihay Events, did not hesitate to jump on board for the project as this foundation resonates personally with our business… Mihay – the second pillar to our name, pays tribute to my lovely late cousin who also took his own life a few years back. Andii Mihay Events also recently ran a gala dinner event promoting anti-bullying practices, presented by life coach Zahne Castley, to try and combat bullying by offering effective strategies to implement within the workplace, social groups and domestic relationships.

We saw the chance to get creative with our styling for the shoot, showcasing just a few of our wooden pieces, our Seville Goblet Glasses and Florals in the middle of the outback… literally a spot that Leonie Winks chose in the middle of nowhere!
